Customizing a 2500sf summer residence with a new kitchen, baths, and finishes this East Hampton home, transformed it from a developer-built structure into a contemporary home with flowing spaces that take greater advantage of their connection to the beautiful site, gardens, and pool. The kitchen renovation mixed wood veneer lower cabinets with matte white upper cabinets from Scavolini USA and honed, brown stone counters to bring warmth to the Zen-like calm established by the kitchen design choices. The new Ligne Roset sectional creates welcoming seating in the double height living room. New moldings, doors, and hardware throughout the house imbue it with a level of quality of finish that was not present before the renovation.
